OK, i am 240lbs at 6"1 at 18%bf. I have large muscles but i am not that tone, but to a certain extent. I am trying to lose some more bf(particuliary around the stomach and love handles) and here is my diet:

5:00a -cardio
5:30a -after cardio(whey,dextrose, glutamine)
8:00a -oatmeal w/splenda and berries. flax oil, ALA)
10:30a - MRP shake from EAS(20g protein, 2g carb, 0 fat)
12:30 -1:00p - lunch(chicken, lean burger or tuna with green veggie)
3:15-3:30p - workout with weights
3:45-4:00p -post w/o shake(whey) with some splenda(dextrose) and glutamine
6:30-7:00p -dinner(chicken, steak, fish or lean burger with greenveggies.
9:30-10:00p -before bed(whey protein or tuna with flax oil)

I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I weight train 4x's a week and do cardio 3x's a week)
