please critique this training method

Abs EOD.Cardio-whenever I want-will accept its loss to benefit ratio
Stretch 15 minutes prior to lifting,or any cardio for that matter.


Day 1-shoulders arms
Day2-back,legs
day3-chest
day4-off

rinse repeat

I wanna do it like this for each group. (except for lunges which are 1 set failure)
5x5
2x10
5x5
2x10


I only have access to a barbell and 2 dumbs and self weight.This will have to do me for now.So I cant go all out on bpress or squats,but I can still hit em hard and alot. I really need help with which exercises to use if theres a ? by it I am either displeased with what I am thinking to put,or just dont know.

Shoulders 5x5=rotator cuffs 2x10=shrugs 5x5=? 2x10=rev.shrug?
Arms 5x5=barb curls 2x10=? 5x5=? 2x10=pushups

Back=5x5=squats 2x10=rows 5x5=deads 2x10=chinups
Legs 5x5=squats ripped legs! 2x10=wall stands/sits 5x5=still ripped from squats! 1 set max=lunges,weighted

Chest=5x5=bpress,2x10=pushups,5x5=? 2x10=flyes

Abs have no list,I just plan to rip them until they wont rip anymore,and let em rest when they want. Please tell me what you think and help me fill in the ?'s
 
I dont think that your getting enough rest for each of your bodyparts. That sucks that you have limited weights too. When do you do calves? maybe try spliting everything up a bit

my routine is like this:

day1- chest
day2- back
day3- arms
day4- legs
day5- rest
day6- shoulders
day7 -rest
 
ok, well, lets here all your stats.. age, weight, bf (if u know or make a guess) height, how long u been lifting, and other stuff, then ill see what i can whip up for ya
 
Squats and Deadlifts @ 5 x 5 on the same day ?

Major strain on your recuperation ability Bro
not to mention your lower back.

IMHO.... try to do legs and back on separate days
with a smaller muscle group like shoulders or arms.

Like legs and arms and/or back and shoulders or
back and arms and legs and shoulders.

Just my 2 cents.

Definitely what Dave said. You don't want to do back and legs on the same day. Both are major muscle groups that deserve more attention than splitting one day between the two. I'd say either split up shoulders/arms with back and legs, or go to a 4 day split.
