Please critique this cutting cycle

Check out this cycle and tell me what you think. This is intended as a cutting cycle.

Week 1-4 20 mg d-bol ed
Week 3-12 400 mg Test / week
Week 6-12 50 mg Winny ed
Week 6-11 t3 tappering up from 25mcg to 100mcg and back down to 25mcg
Clen and eca alternating every 2 weeks
Novadex weeks 3-12
clomid week 13 @ 50 mg ed
week 14 @ 100 mg ed
week 15 @ 50 mg ed

My question is should I use the d-bol to gain a litttle size, before I finish the remainder of the cycle?
 
sorry but I really don't like it

cutting cycles should be done with Winny , primo , test PROP , FINA , EQ , primo , anavar ....

not DBOL .

and there is NO need for t3 . T3 sucks IMO , you can lose all your bodyfat without T3 ...

victor- why does T3 suck? I have heard that is a miracle fat burning drug. you just have to be careful with your dose and taper to be safe. I plan on using it in a cutting cycle as well and would appreciate it if you could elaborate on your opinion as to why T3 sucks. Thanks bro -diesel420

My thoughts exactly, t3 has been suggested to me on many occasions and from what I have read it would be a good addition to this cycle.

Anyone else have an opinion on this matter?
 
I am planning on using T3 towards the end of my current cutting cycle. Some people say it worked great for them, others say it didnt do anything. If you understand how to use it give it a shot, if you like it you do, if not....oh well :-)
 
I had planned to run the t3 like this:

4 days @ 25 mcg
increase
4 days @ 50 mcg
increase
4 days @ 100 mcg
increase
4 days @ 125 mcg -- (too high????)
decrease
4 days @ 100 mcg
decrease
4 days @ 50 mcg
decrease
4 days @ 25 mcg

This cycle of t3 is only 28 days or 4 weeks. I think this should be ok, or should I stay at 100 mcg for the 12 middle days and then taper down?
 
Bro reconsider your T3 doses, they are unnecessarily high.

75mcg is more than enough for a first timer(and most people anyway) I wouldn't go over 50mcg anyway.

Your taper is terrible, you need to give more time for your thyroid to adjust. You can't jump from 50 to a 100 mcg?!?!

Here's what I suggest and It is very similar to what I will be doing:

12.5mcg for 5 days
25 mcg for 5 days
37.5 mcg for 5 days
50mcg for 5 days
75 mcg for 5 days
50mcg for 5 days
37.5mcg for 5 days
25mcg for 5 days
12.5mcg for 5 days
6.25mcg for 5 days

I also think you are making a mistake adding winny in your cycle. What are you trying to accomplish?

Gear does not work on a caloric deficit. T3 is burning quite a bit of calories as well. Gaining lbm on a caloric deficit is not worth it!!! It requires extreme doses of AS, and you get very limited benefits.

Use As for maintenance ONLY if you plan on lowering your calories and using T3.

Fuck the winny.

That's right it's useless here. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you are attempting to lose bodyfat. You think that somehow, winny will lean you out, or dbol/test will add muscle. The truth is it won't.

My suggestion is to use Test/Dbol only. And LIQUIDEX and plenty of it. Liquidex will make your skin thiner, making your muscle seperation more noticable.

This is what I suggest:

Liquidex: 0.75mg-1mg ED 3 days before your cycle and until the end of clomid therapy.

Test: W1-W8 300mg-400mg a week(depends on the brand, if human grade, 250 is sufficient)

T3: W3-W10, see above of post

Dbol: W4-W9: 15-25mg ed, going up to in a pyramid fashion such as the T3.

Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

Clomid: you know the drill.

High volume training, 3-4 times a week only, cardio 3 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach. 45-60 mins.

Diet: ask me if you need help here.

Thanks for the correction bro, I miscalculated the t3 on my earlier post.

I meant:

25 mcg 4 days
50 mcg 4 days
75 mcg 4 days
100 mcg 4 days
75 mcg 4 days
50 mcg 4 days
25 mcg 4 days

This is only a 28 day cycle with the t3, I have read not to take it for very long periods of time and your suggestion looked like 50 days.

I know this is still higher than your suggestion, but I wanted to correct my self from my other post.

Why is the winny a waste, I had expect it and the test to keep my musle mass in check while on the t3.

I know that it will be metabolizing the muscle as well as the fat, so wouldn't this help?

Also any help on the diet is appreciated, calories, protein, carbs, ect..
 
Actually you will be hurting yourself more with the 28 day T3 cycle, than my 50 day cycle.

Your ramp up and down is terrible, It just too fast for the thyroid to adjust. You need to give it more time, if it doesn't adjust you will have major suppression issues. Seriously, this is one drug you do not want to fuck with.

You will be creating serious Thyroid problems for yourself with the cycle you are planning.

Yes, any added AS will help you hold on to muscle mass, but at what cost. I guarantee you that Test/Dbol will do a heck of a job. All I see here is an added Liver stress. Add another 100mg of Test a week if you are so concerned.


First I need stats to help you with your diet.

My stats are:
6' 210 lbs 12-14% bf
I have a pretty good foundation but I really want to cut up for the summer.
My short term goal is to get as lean as possible by the end of May.
So what do you suggetst with my diet?

Okay the best thing to do is to lower your calories gradually as well as shift ratios throughout your cycle.

All ratios are Carbs/Protein/Fat

Fist 2 weeks:

No drugs.

Eat 40/40/20

This is the time to clean up your diet, milk and bread can still be included as well as a few questionable items as long as the are kept to a minimum. Calories at maintenance, 2600-2800 cals.

Start doing cardio, 2-3 times a week, 30-40 mins.

This is to get you in better condition.

W1-W3 of your cycle.

Switch to 30/50/20

2500 cals

Increase Cardio.

Start of T3 in W3

W4-W8

Dbol added.

Switch to 20/60/20 when T3 Levels increase to 37.5 mcg

Switch to 15/70/15 when T3 levels are at 75 mcg and down to 50mcg.

W9:

No more test

Las week of Dbol(very loe dose, down to 10-15mg ED)

Back to 20/60/20

W11: Clomid (make sure your 2on 2 cycle of clen concides with you using clen at this time)

Back to 30/50/20
