Hi Bro's
It's been quite some time since I last touched juice so I'm ready for my summercycle. I'm looking for decent strenght gains and some few pounds of lean muscle. I'm approximately at 5% BF now and having no hard time staying there except for that I do cardio 30 min. each day and follow a moderate carb, fat and a lot of protein diet that contains 6 and sometimes 7 meals a day. Bodyweight is 188 Lbs. I have 8 training years and did 3 cycles so far and some experimenting here and there which included 2 shows.
Week 1-8: 100 mg Test prop EOD
Week 1-8: 75 mg Fina EOD
Week 1-19: 1,25 mg Femara EOD
Week 3-16: 25 mg Proviron ED
Week 9-12: 10 mg Dbol ED at 7.00 AM
Week 13-16: 5 mg Dbol ED at 7.00 AM
Week 9-16: 100 mg Clomid ED, first day 300 mg
Week 14-16: 5000 i.u EO3D
As you can see my cycle contains the dbol-ramp-off-cycle by Fonz since I crashed very hard last year with fina.
