Please critique my new cycle

I have just finished my first Test/Tren Cycle and I am not as happy with the results as I thought I would be. I went through 10 weeks of all the Tren sides for minimal results.

This is my plan:

Test Cyp 800 MG/WK for 12 Weeks
Deca 600 MG/WK for 10 weeks
Dbol 40 MG/Day for 6 weeks

I was thinking of running Sustanon for the first 4 weeks. Would this be better?

Is there any benefit to using a fast acting Deca as I do have some already?

I would like some input on PCT for this also.

Stats:

37 years old
6 ft
220 lbs
12% BF
Training for 15 years
About my 12 cycle
 
What were your goals for the cycle? What went wrong do you think? What were your doses? I just finished my first test/tren and loved it. I think i'm lucky not to get a lot of the common sides of tren though.
 
When I started I was 210lbs so I only gained 10lbs of mass. I guess I expected more mass than that even though it's more solid. I have read so many posts about huge strength gains while on Tren, but I didn't gain much strength. I ran 400 mg/wk Test Cyp and 200mg/EOD Tren Ace. The first 4 weeks I also ran 50mg/day Abombs.

I know my diet was not perfect and I did a lot of drinking this past summer, but I don't think that should have hindered my gains that much. I think that I need to have my diet on point if I'm going to use Tren next time.

Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. The very fact that you were drinking and not paying attention to diet tells me your game was off. Was your training full balls every time out? Did you take your supplements regularly and consistently?
 
I suspect you are paying to much attention to the scale. I suspect that you dropped a lot of body fat and put on muscle. The total change in your weight was only 10 pounds but I suspect you body fat to muscle mass ratio changed a lot.
 
Maybe you're tren was bunk???
 
alcohol inhibits protein synthesis from what I have gathered.

man I am 25 and can barely drink any more! haha
 
The Tren wasn't bunk as I made it myself. A few bouts of Fina Cough proved it was good.

Yes it's true that I gained some muscle and lost body fat, but I thought I would get more ripped.

Any thoughts on my next cycle?
