Please critique my friends squats

It is not bad. He might get a bit lower, but there is nothing criminally wrong with it. Perhaps, he could use a lower weight in order to improve the form and get lower, and then gradually increase it...
 
Not bad. Ideally he would go down a little bit deeper.

In order to fully train the hamstrings and glutes, you want to squat below parallel.

Doesn't look bad in my opinion. I prefer to squat as far down as I can go. He may not have that flexibility or the weight just might be too heavy. Maybe have him go lighter and work on getting deeper.
