Please critique my cycle plan

hello im 25 yrs old, been training 7 yrs on and off, 6 foot 200 pounds, 12% body fat.

Hello please critique my cycle, i respect all the knowledgeable people on this board. ive been reading for a while and this is what i came up with.

Cycle

1-12 Testosterone Cypionate 500mg/wk
10-13 Winstrol oral tabs 50mg/ed
Adex .5mg/ed 1-15 (a-dex goin at least one or 2 weeks into PCT and taper off)
HCG 250iu every 5 days startng from week 3

PCT (start 14 days after last injection)
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

1.i figured since winstrol doesnt aromatize, i can go right into pct at week 14, ill only take it for 3 weeks at a low dose.

2.also in regards to HCG, when should i stop taking HCG? from what i understand i should not touch it while on pct.

3.also is .25/ed a better dosage for Adex? i have the liquid form.

4.i also plan to grab milk thistle, i hear good things about it in terms of liver issues with the winny, im only runnin it 3 weeks but i figured ill stay on the safe side, has n e 1 taken it before? what would be a proper dosage for it?

Cycle looks ok.

I would drop the winny down to 25-30mg if you have the oral form and run it the last 6 weeks

.5mg of arimidex daily is probably way too high unless your are really prone to elevated estrogen and gyno, take the least you can get away with. .25mg ed or eod sounds better to me

HCG should be given about 2 weeks to clear the system before starting PCT, inject it every fourth day

Just follow the directions on the milk thistle bottle or get liv-52 its much stronger and drink plenty of water

IMO theres no need to run clomid and nolva together it will most probably cause more harm then good. If it were me Id run nolva at 20mg ed for 4-6 weeks with forma-stanzol, unleashed and hcgenerate. Maybe throw in some peptides and sarms to keep gaining threw PCT.

If you have liquid adex you probably have no problems getting liquid clomid, aromasin, and tore, even though I prefer HG for the first 2. Aromasin is just a way better compound all around than adex. Tore and clomid is the best pct available. HCG I would use a minimum of 250iu e4d and stop it 4 days before PCT. It does not take 2 weeks to clear, unfortunately someone has caused this to become spread around this/other boards. NAC is the best liver supplement so grab some if you can.

Is this ur first run? If so stick to the test, Otherwise the cycle is g2g.

good cycle. one thing i would recommend is run a testosterone test beforehand.

Keep cycle as is.
Run a-dex at .25mg EOD and ramp up if needed.
Keep winnie dose at 50mg. Hell, run it for 4 weeks, you will like it more.
End HCG right up until PCT.

that is a very good level. after PCT that is the level you need to shoot for or come close to before jumping on another cycle.

Your kidneys will be screaming with 50mg of oral winny!

Im talking from experience, 30mg is much easier on your body

Any cycle with test ran more then 6 weeks you will need HCG imo, and you need arimidex bro some people get gyno symptoms of 200mg ew, why risk it?

acne if often a side of the excess estrogen, so its always good to keep estrogen on check, especially with chances of gyno etc.
