im pretty sure Nolva and arimedex can and do raise test levels and bring balls back to normal.

Bro raising Test levels and bringing your balls back to normal are 2 different things. Nolva and Arimedex DON'T return balls to normal. Sure you can go that route and not use HCG but it'll take much longer for your balls to go back to normal
