Weeks 1-10 test e=500 mg a week in 2 shots
Weeks 1-12 Proviron 50 mg aday
Weeks 1-6 T-Bol 60 mg aday
Weeks 7-12 winny 75 mgs aday
Weeks 1-12 Nolva 10 mg ( maybe leave out and use if need be)
Weeks 1-12 Arimedex .5 mg EOD
PCT start 14 days after last test shot and 24 hours after last winny and proviron dose

Days 1-14
Clen 120mcg Ed ive decided to leave out clomid and HCG (long story) PM a few mods and vets on other sites and i should be ok.
TRAINING
5 days a week weights and cardio, except no cardio on leg days to FUCKED
DIET
High protein, Medium carbs (complex), Fat lowish.
Pretty good say 80% good 20% bad.
Not going into to much detail on diet and training.
