please criticize my diet on AS

Cycle:400mg test/400mg eq 10weeks (t200/**EQ or TT eq)
or
500mg test/400mg eq 10weeks (**Test Cyp/**EQ)


Goal:Gain as much Muscle, keep fat gains low even drop bf% if possbible


Diet:

Meal 1-1cupoatmeal,5egg whites,1protein shake
Meal 2-Postwork -gatorade,44gram protein shake,banana
Meal 3- 1cup Cottage Cheese,1cup Oatmeal,5eggwhites
Meal 4- 6-8oz Steak,1Potatoe,Protein Shake
Meal 5- 2cans tuna,4whole wheat bread
Meal 6- 1cup milk,2Scoop Protein


also along the day i will trow Protein Shakes as snacks
 
WAY TOO LITTLE FOOD THERE FOR SOME 1 ON GEAR AND BULKING. You should eat red meat for meal 1(egg whites are for cutting)meal 3:again, forget egg whites and eat meat. Also, too many shakes are in that plan
 
okay il ditch the eggwhites, i just hope that i can afford so much redmeat through out the week unless i live of tuna and stuff
 
Looks like a cutting diet for a small female. Your food choices are decent, but way too little food to productively gain muscle mass on. Steroids don't build the muscle...The food does.

Meal 1
16 egg whites
1cup oats

meal 2(post workout)
Whey protein shake(50-60g)
Carb drink (90-110g) matodextrin or dexrose

meal 3(1 hour later)
16 egg whites
1cup oats

meal 4
10oz. Eye of Round steak
8oz. sweet potato

meal 5
12oz tuna(in water)
2 cups brown rice

meal 6
12oz tuna
2 cups brown rice

meal 7(before bed)
1 pound fat free cottage cheese

Without calcualting the exact cals and nurtient portions this is around 4000cals a day. Don't jsut throw in shakes and bars throughout the day. That's how you add extra bodyfat. Stick to a set menu in which you weight and measue all foods to be sure you're getting what you need, but not more than you need...of which will add fat. If I recall correctly you're somewhere between 160-180 right. If so something along these lines will get you growing.
