I would like to know how many kilograms an average person could expect (gain). I am 5ft 11", only 185 lbs, with 9-10% bodyfat.

It seems to be perfect but you might use Winstrol little earlier to prevent the Progestagenic side effects from Deca-durabolin which can't be avoided by any Anti-Estrogen
take Clomid 5-7days after your last Winstrol injection, and not 14days, it isn't Sustanon or Deca to take it after 14days

it depends how much you're going to gain, but I would say 20-30lbs with good nutrition, training ...

also add some liver protectant
and adding Glutamine wouldn't hurt, it will works very well for your liver as well as for recovery and muscle building

I'd start the dbol and sust at their max dose on week one instead of waiting until week 2. If you plan on another cycle use arimadex instead of proviron and nolvadex. Good luck and enjoy the growth..
