Please Cirtique My Split

I am starting a new program today and I know it is kinda last minute and probably should of gotten some feedback before today but any input would be great. I am trying to add a lot of mass and strength. My diet and supplement intake is on lock.

Mon
Chest/Tri's

Tuesday
Legs/calvs

Wednesday
Abs

Thursday
Back/Biceps

Friday
Shoulders/Traps

Saturday
Abs

Sunday
Rest

My main concern is that one bodypart per week might not be enough...I spend anywhere from 35-40min per bodypart, useally 5-10 reps for 3 sets each excercise.

Again any feedback is much appreicated.
 
dude, this is almost my split exact, except we're not hitting abs right now, nor cardio. Our abs are pretty locked, no need for cardio while we're bulking. And if you're bulking, and adding mass and strength, I have a proven plan that may help. Personally, if you need to hit abs, do it as a cool down. work out on M-T-T-F, take wed, sat and sun off. you'll make great gains with this. my workout partner is all natty and he's made some great gains since he's been on my program. e-mail me and i'll give you the plan. hope this helps.
 
I'm 26 5'11 200lbs 13%bf...would it really help to list my lifts I have around 5-6 for each body part and will mix it up depending on what I feel like doing that day. I am only doing 3-4 excercises per body part though.
 
I've tried every split and here's what I like best.

Monday-Chest shoulders Traps
Tuesday- Quads and hamstrings
wed off
Thursday- back calves abs
Friday-triceps biceps forearms

This gives me good recovery time. Of course you can add some more abs and cardio any day.
 
I wouldn't do back with biceps, since when you workout your back, it already over-involves the biceps, and by the time you get to your biceps, its already too tired.
I would recommend doing back with triceps.
