ok so my main goal is to bench 100 kg(preferably by 24th December), currently at 70 by the way.
i have asked at a lot of other forums and digged around trying to create a good workout program and i have found out that fullbody routines are the best if i want to increase on the bench( i want strength more than size, it's not that i don't want size i just want strength more )
ok so after that little introduction here is what i have come up with
i train Monday, Wednesday and friday:
week 1 A, B, A
week 2 B, A, B
Repeat
here is my workout plan 5 sets and 5 reps on everything
Workout A
Bench press Barbell
Shoulder Press Barbell
Bent over row Barbell
Supination Curls Dumbbells
Squats Dumbbells
Leg Extensions
Workout B
5 sets and 5 reps on everything( except body weight exercises, still 5 sets tough)
deadlift or barbell squat( i haven't decided which i should do yet)
Pull ups
Incline Bench Press Dumbbells
Chest Dips
Side raises
a good morning machine while sitting (which means that it doesn't work the legs )
Leg press machine
some abs exercises, haven't picked any yet any advices which maybe?
