Please analyze my new workout plan (3days/week)

Listed are not including warmups

Day1 Incline Bench - 2 x 10
Close Grip Bench - 3 x 8
Bent Over Rows - 3 x 8
Incline Hammer Curls - 5 x 10


Day 2 Low Box Squat - 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 3
Keystone deadlift - 1 x 15, 1 x 12
Calves
Chinups - 1 x 15, 3 x 5 (with weight)
Dips - 2 x 8 (weight), 1 x bodyweight



Day 3 Upright Rows - 3 x 10
Deadlift - 1 x 8, 1 x 5, 1 x 3
Shrugs - 4 x 20
Rear Delts
 
what are your suggestions? To add more sets, or some other exercises?
 
hmm, just a personal opinion of mine, but i like to do more excersizes each day when only doing a 3 day split, since yer only doin 3 days, you get 4 resting days a week, so you should absolutely destroy the muscles each day.
 
again, personal opinion, i would stick with 3x8 on all excersizes, and add more excersizes all together. like 3 to 4 excersizes for each muscle group. for instance, on my back/bi day, i do:

tbar row
lat pulls
pull ups
seated cable row
preacher curl
standing barbell curl
cable isolation curls

i find this gives me an awesome back workout and i get a great pump in my biceps. if my biceps feel a little underworked after doing those 3, ill toss in some seated hammer or incline hammer
 
no bro its too much, thanks for opinion though. I like to go full intensity and get out. That wouldnt let me.

If your looking for back priority training than I think you have a tremendous beginning. I like it.

If not

I would look at how many days per week your body can be stimulated before you overtrain. The only way to find out is to overtrain. Once you get to that point it's all patience. Your time will come. :)
