Please Analize My Spring Cycle

This is for my spring track season......im planning on using BTG anavar and TT 10mg. winny. with Femara for post cycle.

Recovery:Femara (using because its safer than clomid while being subject to NCAA testing)

Supplements used with and during rest of season:
270g of protien ed
Effervescent Creatine(5g. ed)
Glutamine(5g. after workout, 5g. 3hours later)
Multi-Vitamin
Flax Seed Oil
Ephedra 250
Vitamin C 1000mg
B-Complex
Glucosamine Chondroitin(for joints)
1 gallon of water a day

and of course this is all along with an intense 9 months of sprint training so i'll already have about 7 months of hard weight/plyo/sprint training under my belt by the time i hit this up.

I get an average 2000-2500 calories a day with hours of sleep a night.Any thoughts any suggestions? by the way im a sprinter not a BB'r so i don't want to put on any more than 10-15lbs.(im 180lbs now)

I would try and get some zambons if you can, just to be a little easier on your liver if your gonna be running winny and ox. You could also try a different stack with things like tren or prop(unless your using the orals because you dont do shots).
 
all good idea's, and i agree, but remember im tested by NCAA and i don't really care about care about my liver just as long as my muscles get me down the track as fast as possible. thats y i am ramping it up to 70mg the last week to try and peak my speed the week after my cycle ends. also prop is good and so would the zambons, but after looking at it, the zambons are not that cost efficient for me at the time(though i plan to take your advice in the near future) and the fina has a 5 week detection time and i add 2 to that to be safe and prop i hear can be up to 6 weeks. winny and anavar from what i have read also both have a great effect on CNS and fast twitch muscle fibers. any other idea's?

disclaimer.... I am a first grader compared to most of the folks on this board when it comes to knowledge of steroids.

But I do have a little experience when it comes to increasing performance compared to increasing muscle mass. And I must say, for getting faster, nothing beats whinny!!!

Whinney + Plylos = 8 inches on my verticle jump. From 29 to 37 inches, in 3 months.

As a volleyball player, its like they lowered the net 8inches just for me :)

I know its not too relevant to your cycle, but I just wanted to comment how appropriate it is for a sprinter to use whinney.
 
Whatever bro's i see that not many of u relate. that is ok, maybe if someone was handing u $24,000 a year to run a few races then i think you might look at my goals a little differently.

Sometimes in certain situations the risk of your health is worth the added performance. especially when its at a cumulative of $100,000 worth of scholorship over a four year period.

Ulter- Ok, what ever bro, how about u do your 100mg of test prop eod for 6 weeks and i'll do my cycle above and then lets race in a 100 meter dash and see who wins SMART ASS! i've done both what u suggested and what i listed above and u know what? your idea worked like SHIT.

In conclusion, im glad to find out that the board i suport with my hard earned money is always willing to help me when i got a question. Fuck U All.

not to be a dick but you did say in your subject that you wanted us to "analize" your cycle. if you just wanted to post it and show us what you are doing that is fine but you did not mention anything you did in the past and what your results were so what are we suppose to read your mind. and i think the scholarship is a great reason to do it, really. beats my reason of just wanting to make girls get wet when I walk by. ;)
 
ya, constructive critisism. ok, i'll explain it to ya guys, on this board you got some guys that just want a little muscle or just to trim up a little. then you got guys that compete, but don't plan on going pro so they just do it as a hobby. and there is nothing wrong with that, thats probably what i'll end up doing after track. then you got your serious guys that are using over 1 to 2 grams a week of test then their using their GH and insulin maybe with some IGF-1 and they are going all out trying to get sponsored, now maybe some of the amounts that they are taking ain't really that healthy for them but it will allow them to reach their goals. its the same way in my instance, just not to that large of a degree, it just happens that all of the AAS that i have been able to find that have a great effect on speed happen to all be aa17 orals and that is what i'll benefit from the most at this point in my career.

no offense taken here on the suggestions or remarks, its just the "smart" remarks that i don't really need to hear.

i see that your gallery has two pics of BTG in it...do u have any experience with it? if so what were your results and how much were u using?
 
ok, gilly or jonboy.....if i were to add some test the only two that i could use would be either suspension or prop. how much would i use and for how long? also how could i incorperate it into the cycle i already have?
 
What kind of progress have you made in the past when on and off cycles? PRs? Ever had any problem with joint stiffness from whinny? Have you ever read Speed Trap? In the 1987 season (i think), Charlie Francis's athletes changed their drug protocol from mainly using later in the training to using from the very start. If you haven't read it I could check my book to explain why. Nice job with the scholarship - good luck.
 
Bulk.....I used BTG at the end of a cycle and I felt they worked great at only 30 mg a day.....as far as test goes I think 50 mg ED would be good for your goals.....
 
well, my cycle history is pretty basic. my senior year i used 50mg of ip winny a day and used that for 12 weeks and got amazing results, so i know that my muscle's respond very well to winny, plus tt is a lot better quality than ip. last year i was hurt all year and didn't even run but still did a prop cycle at 400mg a week for 6 weeks. im really looking to have a "break out" kinda year, but by no means am i only relying on what kinda aas im taking, that will only be added wood to the fire.
 
Bulk32- what did you expect from posting this cycle? Most of us are into BBing and that cycle is shit in our minds.

If it works well for you and your goals, stick to it.

I wouldn't inject the winny...I've been around top level college athletes and according to them injectable winny should be on the list of what not to use.
 
LOL! ya BigAndy i know, i guess i just didn't think about what eveyone would say before i posted it, i would probably react the same way if i was not an athlete. a big cycle of fina/prop/Deca would be fun and i hope to someday do one, but not really pracitcle or smart at this point for me. oh well, also im not going to use TT's injectable im going to use TT's 10mg tabs.
 
How much did your PR improve from the cycle of winny?


Something to think about:

In Speed Trap, Dr. Astaphan said "Why dig yourself into a hole before you start the steroids? Why not go with the steroids first, and start training from a position of strength?"

Seriosly, you've got to read the book if you haven't already.
