PLEASE...advice from the experts needed.

I'm sick of hearing protein protein protein...yes, protein is essential but carbs shouldn't be overlooked because it should consist of most of your diet especially if you want weightgain. 20 mintues ago I had a medium sized bowl of pasta...lots of calories, loaded with carbs, and even has some protein.
 
i try to keep my carb intake low, thats the last thing my body needs is extra carbs. I'm not skinny enough to need them:D
 
Some Advice

I know this is genera, but go to the diet board and look at Mr.X's post. He's got some interesting diet ideas. As for me, it depends on what I'm trying to do. Put on mass or cut.

I did it and it worked well. I got bigger, then I kept the size and got cut. It's better thatn a bulking cyle because it basically keeps reloading you're hormones so that you keep getting the gains you got at the beginning of your bulking cycle. Plus, it's all natural.
