whats up fellas i havent been around in a while. sorry if i put my thread in the wrong forum, i just know this is the most viewed forum though.
ok here is whats going on. i havent lifted weights in about 2 years. the REAL LIFE all of a sudden hit me. i got married bought a house and had a kid so i've been really busy with family and work. i didnt make any time for working out and staying in shape. so now im am a sloppy fat guy who is 5'8'' 245 lbs about 30%bf. i used to really be into working out and in shape but i just couldnt find the time to get back into it untill now. finally life is settling down and i can focus more on getting in shape.
here is my plan. let me know what you think. i know me getting in shape is going to take a while, so im giving myself from feb2-may22 to lose from 45-55lbs and drop to about 7-11%bf in that amount of time
my workouts will be as soon as i wake up i'll be doing 45 min of cardio and 15 min of abs then later on in the day i'll be working out. i'll be doing one body part a day since this has worked for me in the past. i'll go six days on 1 day off. working one body part twice a week
it would look like this
shoulders-calves
back-forearms
legs
chest-calves
arms-forearms
repeat
rest
my diet
im going to be taking in around 200-220 grams of protein a day with a moderate amount of carbs and low fat
meal 1
1 cup eggwhites, 1 cup oats
meal 2
5 oz 97% lean ground beef, 7oz sweet potatoe 2 cup broc
meal 3 same as 2
meal 4
5 oz chicken breast 3 cups broc
meal 5
same as 4
meal 6 before bed a shake
i'll be doing this for the first 8 weeks then the last 8 weeks i'll drop the ground beef and replace it with chicken breast, and i'll replace my chicken breast meals with fish
supplements
im going to be doing this only using protein, glutamine, creatine, a fat burner and some multi vitamins
so i know its a long thread but i wanted to go in detail because i know thats what this forum likes
so my question to you guys is do you see any flaws and do you think my goal is achievable?
