I tried to upgrade but I got to this screen and it says to enter email/ and password, I assumed that means the email address that I used to open my board handle, so I put it in and the password I use for the board and it got stuck, am I doin something wrong?

I'm sorry if it is confusing. The Platinum order system is not integrated with the boards, so to order your Platinum Membership if you have never bought from us before, you have to register with your name, billing info, email, and boards name etc.

I went ahead and upgraded you to Platinum. Try and place your order again, and if you have trouble, please call us Monday at 888-613-8959 or email us with your billing information to [email protected] and we will place the order for you.

Yea, I had issues upgrading, but the broskies behind the scenes
straightened it out lickety spit..
