no I think the "continuation" was a hoax/photoshop
that green truck has some ample outriggers(or whatever they're known as)

this reminds me of a funeral business story(true story)
I didn't witness this first hand,but it's believable as I've seen similar shit
you know the saying,truth can be stranger that ficiton

anyhow,this guy who weighed something in the neighborhood of 800lbs was being buried
the cemetery crew had arranged for a tow truck to lower the casket into the grave as the typical lowering devices used were inadequate for the task
well as the time came,and with the deceased' family still present,the truck start to lower the casket
but then the weight was causing the front end of the truck to dangerously lift off the ground
so thinking quickly the crew conscripted people in attendance to sit on the front end of the truck to balance out the distribution,some family too
