Platinum Membership Troubles..

Friends,
I hate to bother you all with this but I am not sure who else to contact. I am new to your message board and have purchased a "Platinum membership" a few days ago. My problem is that I am not able to access the platinum discussion board yet. I contaced the webmaster and a trouble ticket has been started two days ago. It still remains open with no conclusion. I am wondering if anyone can help me please? Maybe it always takes a while?

First off with the new trouble ticket stuff in the works you will get a response. I would imagaine on Monday or so.

I will copy this to the MOD board as well for admin to see it.
