i appreciate this is in the wrong forum but im having no joy in the support section.

Can a mod assist me , i have purchased platinum status but my account hasnt been activated , i dont know who to contact.

You have to first go to your email account and activate it there. Have you done that?

Bro the easiest thing to do is call 888-613-8959 or 212-823-1000 and they will hook you right up. I had some trouble when I first signed up and after about 48 hours I gave up and called..they turned on my plat in about 5min. Its very easy to work with all these guys at EF.
