Platinum and site glitches

First problem i've been having for a while is that i paid for some ebooks here that i can no longer access that were on my account page (which also never comes up when i click). Second problem is that i was recently supposedly gifted with a free Platinum membership, i believe either for my 1,000th post or for being a member for a year. I was told i had a free plat, but never got any platinum benefits out of it. Can any mods help out with this PLEASE?

for stuff like you would have to contact EF Shanna.. mods have no way of fixing this issue, only the admins can
