Plasma Jet and the Dosages?

I was just curious, I just started taking Plasma Jet and I am taking it every other day. But say its a thursday and I take a dose, then friday I don't, then come's saturday I don't go to the gym. Do I still take the every other day dose even on non gym days?

All I can say is check out BRIDGE. It does what Plasma Jet does much better.

What would you recommend instead then? This is my first time ever trying it and the only reason why I chose to is because everyone was saying its the shit.
