Planning out new cycle

Hey everyone! Been a long time since I have been on here, so it feels nice to be back. I am trying to plan out my new cycle (will be my 3rd), my goal is to cut and try to add a bit of muscle in the process (offset weightloss with weight gain the best I can, although I know it will be limited). Currently I am 6'6" 230lbs and approx 15% bf (maybe a little less). I am thinking of doing the following, any feedback/changes/etc... is greatly appreciated

Test Prop - 100mg EOD
Mast Prop - 100mg EOD
Tren ACE - 100mg EOD
Whinny Tabs - 100mg ED

I will also be running HCG throughout the cycle. I wanted to know people's opinions though on what I should run for PCT, was thinking either Chlomid or Arimadex.

Let me know what you think guys, I am thinking dosages should be pretty good, but if not let me know. Also, if I should add/subtract/change anything please tell me. I would also appreciate what you guys think I could expect out of this cycle in terms of results.

The test/tren/winny stack is one of my favorites (other than the sides from tren) and it's the only way I can add muscle while simultaneously losing body fat at this point. So, I think it fits your goals well.

You didn't mention how long you plan to cycle but there are 3 suggestions I'd make right away:

1.) Keep your test dose higher then your tren dose; raise test or lower tren (or both)

2.) 100mg/day of winny is way overkill. 50mg/day will probably give the same gains and will be easier on your joints.

3.) Between clomid and arimidex, clomid is the way to go for PCT. But there are some products from NTBM that many prefer these days.
 
Thanks! I have done some research and oral whinny doses are hard to figure out since everyone seems to be running something different. I tend to require a little more of some things, but will start out at 50mg a day and then assess and go from there.

For the test to tren ratio how would 150mg test and 100mg tren mg eod?

Sorry I didn't mention the duration, I am looking to run for either 10 or 12 weeks. I figure I will start HCG around week 5 and run all the way through PCT.

With the Props when do you think starting the chlomid would be best, 4 days after last pin?

Winny you don't want to run longer than 6 weeks, especially if you're up at 100mg/day.

Tren can be a bear and I certainly can't take it for 10 weeks. Insomnia sets in and you feel lethargic.

The test should be run a couple weeks longer than the tren and you should continue the HCG for a week after then test but definitely stop it before the Clomid.

Here's what you end up with:

wk 1-10: 150mg EOD test prop
wk 1-10: 100mg EOD mast prop
wk 1-8: 100mg EOD tren ace
wk 3-8: 50mg/day winny
wk 5-11: 250IU HCG twice weekly
wk 12-15: 50mg/day clomid

It's so hard to say, with that cycle (minus the mast) I can put on about 7 lbs AND lower BF a couple of %. Tren is great for both bulking and cutting. Your results depend on how many calories you eat.

Thanks EZ! I'm getting excited too...need to get my $$ in order and place an order soon! :) Hopefully I can add close to 10lbs of muscle and drop to around 8% BF...would be great! Then one more similar cycle and I will be where I want bf% wise and then I can focus on lean bulking and different cycles.... :biggrin:
 
Another quesiton, a buddy of mine was telling me that there is a pre-made mix of some of these (so has Test Prop, Mast Prop and Tren Ace) already mixed together in predetermined doses...anyone know about this or something like this (and no I am not talking about Sust as I do know that it is a blend). I thought it was a little odd, but I know people are constantly changing things and all that so I guess it would be feasible.

Test and tren mixes certainly exist but in past when I've made or used mixes I always end up regretting that I can't adjust the dosage of just one compound during the cycle. Especially with tren which has such brutal sides.

Dude, if you get to 24 and 8% BF you are going to look siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick....

I'm also not crazy about those blends for the same reason; you can never control how much of each compound is in each pin...

Thanks guys! My goal is to eventually be too big to fit at me desk :D but I want to get my bf way down so that I can just make gradual progress (lean bulk constantly) and not worry about bulking up, then cutting, then bulking, then cutting (you get the idea) I rather get down to a low bf and maintain it and worry about keeping my strength and lean weight going up regularly. Once lean my first goal will be 250lbs @ 5-7%bf, then 275-280 @ same bf%, then will assess if going to go for 300...only time will tell... :D Thanks again for all your help everyone, I will let you know when I start...hopefully soon...may have to invest into a seat donut for all the pinning :goof::FRlol::eek2:
