hud is a closed bid process... i'm placing my bid today and i REALLY want this fucking house... it has room for a pool table, big screen tv, and pinball game!!! awesome kitchen, hard wood floors under some nasty ass carpet that needs ripping up... all the repairs look to be pretty minor. HUGE YARD FOR THE DOG!!!

Good luck. We bought our first house through HUD. I am not a big fan of the put in a bid and see what happens though. Too much stress.

We have had our house on the market for 6 weeks now.........must be a down time in the market or so they say.
