If you are having pain 3-4 days after a shot would it be better to use ice or heat? my flute is super hot.

Both. But 4 days doesn't sound good. At worst I had maybe a day

there really isn't anything you can do except wait .. you can take an advil and that may help. putting cold compression on the area will cool it down temporarily

I think it is best to rotate hot and cold if Im not mistaken. It will just take some time though. Nothing to worry about.

supplement with natural anti-inflammatory supplements like turmeric, ginger, fish oil etc.
