Pins and needles worry!

Been on G.H. now about 6wks (5i.u p/day) first four with insulin, off insulin now two wks, noticed I'm gettin constant pins and needles in both my hands if i leave them still for any length of time or especially when i wake after sleeping. Wondering has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah that is very common, are you checking your BG for several hours after GH and Insulin? That is very critical so you don't get into trouble!

drop the dose then taper back up slowly till sides subside.

Blood Glucose, you can get a meter at walgreen and strips. Meter is cheap, strips are expensive but better than becoming a diabetic....
