Pinched Nerve~

In my back unloading the dishwasher... Go figure. Happened Monday night and been bugging me every since. I have been lifting but today it feels like I got shot in the lower back with a .45.

How do I get rid of this fuggin thing? Same spot it always happens in, but usually goes away after a few days.

I don't think so, it's to high... Right under my lower right lat.

No chiropractor, but would not be a bad idea. I'm nervous to take any OTC pain meds cause i'm on accutane.

go see a chiropractor. a good one will at least be able to identify the issue and then you can deal with it appropriately.

Fucking horrible things, pinched nerves. Got one in my lower neck, feels like a worm is wriggling about under the skin when I wake up in the morning.

Best way to find a chiropractor is by word of mouth (friend or family member found a good one). I found mine through a referral from a very good health food store so if you know a health food store that works with natural physicians that may be a resource.

Chiropractor is a quick fix and you don't need to "have" one specifically; just find the nearest and go.
