pimple/zit inside urethera

what kind of std is this or what is this i had unprotected sex last thurs and now its tuesday, i got an appointment with family Doctor thurs. Until then all i see is a small zit kinda thing inside the tip of penis head and it burns weather im peeing or not. Anybody plz help me I am a mess i cant eat or sleep or train n e more. I hope its not too serious and that it is curable. Plz help, ty very much in advance.

read the signs and symptoms of gonorrhea and sounds like it but doesnt mention n e thing bout zit inside penis. But everything else is the same without the dishcharge of yellow liquide or goo.

cant say anything until a doc has seen it. sorry but i would see one as a matter of urgency as it obviously hurts
