My body looks just like yours bro... almost exactly, except you are a tad more leaner (1-2% or so)... nice work bro...

How are your legs? My upper is the same as yours, but I am 215-220.... and also 6'0"
 
you need to add some size and maybe go to the gym twice a day if youre not going already. My friend has awesome quads, you can see his pics on my earlier post. He goes to the gym twice a day everyday and he can squat a lot.
