my longterm goal is to be 220 with 8%.... this cycle i wanted to get to 200. i have some 50mg winny i may start next week and run it through week 12 right before clomid starts to try and lean up a little. also i will start cardio 3-4 times a week next week. just want to lose a little of the fat that i gained. spring cycle im thinking of test/eq/fina, and maybe winny. good news is this was only my first cycle and i will do nothing but learn from it. everyone starts somewhere.
