still even doesn't seem like a big figure, esp with half the frame torn off on the drivers side and the shift in the engine. No telling what kind of engine work will have to be done.

Exactly thats just damage you can see, and under figured. But very realistically bodyshops underestimate to get jobs and avoid a total loss which doesnt keep the bodyshop in business. Then they hit the insurance company for a supplemental estimate of damage they couldnt see....Frame damage, alignment, bent wheels, misc paint work and time here and there, moldings rubber parts fluids......Its going to be a bunch......

it pushed the engine, transmission, all that shit and also messed the fram up a bit. Still waiting for a final decision, but they said more than likely it will be. Its an 03 so going by value, etc. I'm prolly better off if they do total it though. It will never be the same.

It would cost more to fix it than it would to total it and buy a new one. You'll get a new car, yaaaaaaaa!!
