it's really a combo of moves....hands on the hip, bump the ass up and down as you move backwards in a sort of gliding motion.....it's really a fine art and should not be attempted by amateurs w/out supervision...saw a newbie try it the other day in the club...let's just say the doctors say she won't be out of traction for several weeks....it's a shame too, she had a great ass to work with
