To give everybody another point of view I also had this type of thing happen, but it does not have to do with the mixing at all. This could be an abscess or cellulitis. An abcess can be caused by several factors One could be if you hit scar tissue, a vein or an unknown infection under the skin with your needle it will cause puss to start filling up to fight the damaged area. It is your bodys normal defense system. The area may be red or pink on the surface and may also feel warm to the touch. You may also experience a fever, body aches and chills as well. If not taken care of the puss will continue to grom and spread throughout your body and then may enter your blood stream. These problems can cause a loss of a limb or even death if not corrected. The second cellulitis is an infection to the cells under the skin and is not as serious as an abscess but has the same symptoms. In the beginning stages you can take pennicillin for a 10 day stretch and that should alleviate the problem before it gets serious. One last note you still should not mix oils and water and try not to inject over 2-3cc's in on area.
