hey everyone, just got some pics of me from the contest i was in ... i only have a pic of me deadlifting (dont mind my face, i dont look that retarted in real life)
and a pic of my getting a trophy standing next to a tall guy to show how short i am.

So here they are...

im 14, turning 15 in july.... my deads decent, i was only training it for like 4 months last year, then didnt train it for 8 months and then trained it 3 months before the contest. thanks for the compiment
 
335 LB deadlift, and yes it was barefoot.. i always chalk my feet and im glad i did in that meet cause the idiot loaders/spotters put the mat upside down
 
still......... very impressive for one of so few years

thanks.. i cant wait til 400 comes easy.. that pic is horrible cause its mid deadlift.. ii wanted to get to when iwas locked out but, i couldnt find any
 
400 will come easy. you'll have it in a year tops. i open with 395 and i go up to 465 and im only 16 and a sophmore and i weigh 173 lbs. good job man keep it up.
 
im hoping for a 300% deadlift soon.. im at a bit over 250%, so getting 300% would be pretty cool. Im going to go for the 148 or 132 records in November (depends what weight class im in) , cause i can set either of those if the records i saw were up to date
 
wow in my trophy pic i look so short....im gonna work a lot on my hip thrusting and lockouts for deads cause that is my weak point.. im strong off the ground until the last 2 or 3 inches of the deadlift, so i'll be doing some rack pulls, pull throughs..etc
 
squat- 265(i only got 255 in the contest, and bench - 190 (only got 165 in contest, i bombed my 2nd attempt and i couldnt lower the weight).

my squat and deadlift are my best lifts now which im proud of cause i didnt train them for 4 months and my leg still cramps up after squats , so i feel im doing good for myself

Good job! Very impressive. Your young, you will hit way beyond 400lbs. Juststick with it. Good pics too. I would post some but have no clue on how to do it. I have a digital camera and a scanner. Just no brain!
 
lol thanks everyone, IRBD, you would've totaled a bit higher, maybe like 275.. i cant wait to see how we do at our next meets... your gonna be a beast!
when i got pics of my squat i'll put them up... maybe my bench, to show you how the bench messed me up and i choked and bombed my 2nd and 3rd attempt

In the pic it looks as if the Weight Belt is up almost on your chest, why do you wear it so high?
 
the reason it looks up so high is...
1. i have a small torso and small space between my hips and ribs
2. in the front, i angle it upwards, so it is more comfortable while i lift, and makes it that extra bit tighter

if you saw it from the back you'd see it is normal
