Follow his advice!!!! Also i don't believe this kid is 250lbs!! 210 maybe, fuck my little brother (14 years old) looks big in that pose. If i were you (p-onyx) i would post another pic (different pose) to prove your 250!!!
 
thanx for the advice guys i took that picture about two months ago. I started a good diet i would love to post it on the web but it cost me 50 bucks...not to be cheap but still. I eat about 6 meals a day know total of 3000 callarioes roughly about 250 grams of protein a day and about 100grams of carbs roughly let say. I do cardio about 5 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach...i train intense for about a six days a week one of those days is a easy day double up on areas where i need help. The reason for this is im trying to do a show in november...that picture of me does cover a lot of my body fat for those people who don't believe that im 250 i will submit a nother pic more recent just to prove to....thanx for the advice and please put more if you want... i would greatly appreciate it guys....

Maybe you have a huge ass!!! j/k.....seriously though if you are 250...I don't know where it is...you do have a gut....but not 50 pounds of one.......but hey if ya say 250...then 250 it is...:rolleyes: anyway....my advice although not expert...is valid....hit the cardio harder and the weights harder still....as far as a contest goes in Nov. try to drop another 20 pounds before the cycle....and how often are ya hitting that midsection...???
 
Looking at the last pic bro, I would estimate you about 15%, 200 ibs, 210 tops. Let's be honest here about stats. Your diet looks ok, too many people obsess about micronutrient ratios. As long as your protien is high, you eat clean (clean meaning food that isn't processed) and you burn more calories than you take in you should lose bodyfat while sparing muscle tissue. I would go with t3 and lots of tren. You don't need as much t3 as alot of guys use either, one tab in the morning and another around noon should be enough for most people. You'll maintain all of your mass, and burn bodyfat fairly rapidly, for pennies a day. Just get used to sweating 24-7. If you have problems running the tren without test, 50 mg of proviron a day works wonders, plus it might help harden you up a bit more and should be easy to obtain for 50 cents a tab or less. Just my 2 cc's...
 
damn who cares about how much the damn kid weighs....if he says he is 250 then he is 250.
i say hit up some low test like 250mg/wk and some eq like about 400mg/wk....with a strict diet and lots of cardio you will lean out. or you could just follow a good diet and do lots of cardio without gear and lean out

lol. thats what i was thinking. i know a guy you all would SWEAR weighed 260......he is 230. i almost shit! he's fucking huge and muscular and tall. i know a guy with NO muscle who is 6 ft tall and he weighs 200 lbs. you'd swear he was 180 at best. you can't judge weight by a pic, lol. but i think you are all missing the point here....the title of the post wasn't "do you think/believe i weigh 250????" :FRlol:
 
Thanx everyone for there replies. I have been hitting the cardio a lot and also have been hitting the gym really hard. I actually do plan on loosing about another at least fifteen pounds of fat and try to gain another 10 in muscle....Thanx to all that replied i will keep you posted on how it is going.....Thanx all
