pics and need advice....

i've never taken any juice before and i was wondering if anyone can help me. I was wondering if anyone can recommend something for me. Im about 6 ft tall and weigh about 250 im at about 19% body fat can anyone help me tone up a lot. I was thinking about taking winni but im not sure here are some pics of how my boday looks know.....

winny/clen/T3 would work well. you mainly want to lose BF right? so i didn't add any test in there.

19% looks pretty decent actually (even though it sounds high). lol. so he may be....but i'd guess mid teens maybe? i am always wrong though. i got veins on my arms and delts like mad, but a lower ab fat problem. so i am not sure if i am low BF or high BF, depends where you look. :D
 
Looks like you have a good base. Id guestimate you bf around
13-15%. Water retension can make a huge difference. My experience with getting cut or toned is that longer cycles at lower dose work best. The more time you give to losing bf the better the results and increase the likelyhood of keeping your results longer. Id go with Eq and Fina. 12 weeks, with fina 1-8, eq 1-12wk. At the end of the cycle concentrate on loosing as much water as possible. Heck, this is just about how I ready for a comp.
 
6' 250? Are ya sure about that..... I am 6 257 right now......at about 9-10%.....ya look kinda light....just wondering....not dogging ya...:D
 
I could believe both that you are around 250 and 19% give or take a little. That's a good pose for both hiding fat (when you got a little extra) and looking bigger when you're skinny. But, I think you got a pretty thick build (read as: not skinny) and 6' isn't short.

What Marky said makes sense. I think the idea is to maintain/gain a little muscle while you get your cardio and dieting in (or whatever you plan on).

I'm going to come at this from a different angle man. I want to know what your diet is, your cardio is, your rep schemes etc. If your diet and training aren't in order, gear is a waste of money. I personally don't recommend gear until your certain that everything else you are doing is ideal for burning body fat. Sorry if I'm rocking the boat my brothers.

some clen/a little t3/ and winny would do the trick.
I personally would ad some propionate. Test is the bomb, wether you're bulking up or toning down. Just 50mg to 100mg e.o.d
Should be enough...

*falls off chair*. you've seen the light! lol, j/k............after thinking about it i'd say EQ may be better to add to the original idea, but the prop idea would work. some people said fina, but i think that shit is harsh. made me anxious and paranoid as hell. next time i'm on xanax or no fina. although it would work for his situation of course. we have probably confused him even more now. :)
