Picked up some new Sup's need advice please

Ok I bought some new stuff at Vitamin Shoppe today, some I already have been using, others are brand new to me. I want your opinion/advice on this and what order I should take ?

- MRI: Black Powder = new to me as well, and just made for pre-workout, to be taken 30min before.

- MRI: Anabolic Switch = new to me and supposed to be made for before and after working out, has 7 forms of Creatine

- ONs Glutamine powder

- ONs Whey natural protein



Now for me I would think I take the 1 scoop Black Powder first only, then go straight to working out, and right after work out take the Glutamine powder mixed with water, and then after that make my Protein shake of the ONs Whey like maybe 3 scoops, plus add 1 scoop of Anabolic Switch ? I don't think I should take both the Black Powder + Anabolic Switch pre-workout together ?

Take the supps as directed. Glutamine pre and post. Whey postWO. Depending on how long it's been since your last protein intake, do 1/2 scoop before as well.

Thanks, so I will take a small amount of Glutamine and 1 scoop of ONs Whey before the workout, and then another spoon of Glutamine and 2.5 scoops of Whey post with Protein shake.

I tired that Anabolic Switch twice for two different workouts and it freaked me out, giving me the shakes and the worst headache like eye popping skull ache bad. So I might just toss those MRI products ?
 
If you want a good creatine I recommend Volu-Grow from Nutrex.

I'd throw in some Purple Wraath for Intra Workout and get a different NO for Pre because Black Powder, like I said, blows. I'd use NO Shotgun or White Flood. This also depends on what kind of training your doing.

The On Whey is the best out there, you can't go wrong with that stuff and it already has Glutamine and BCAA's in it
