Ok I bought some new stuff at Vitamin Shoppe today, some I already have been using, others are brand new to me. I want your opinion/advice on this and what order I should take ?
- MRI: Black Powder = new to me as well, and just made for pre-workout, to be taken 30min before.
- MRI: Anabolic Switch = new to me and supposed to be made for before and after working out, has 7 forms of Creatine
- ONs Glutamine powder
- ONs Whey natural protein
Now for me I would think I take the 1 scoop Black Powder first only, then go straight to working out, and right after work out take the Glutamine powder mixed with water, and then after that make my Protein shake of the ONs Whey like maybe 3 scoops, plus add 1 scoop of Anabolic Switch ? I don't think I should take both the Black Powder + Anabolic Switch pre-workout together ?
