picked up some fish oil

mine are 186 epa and 111 dha
i take 4 times a day for 12
mine are sourced strictly from pacific salmon
while atlantic salmon is just as good
and there are formulas out there stronger
i am type a blood and have allergic reaction to anything with anchovy oil (contained in many blends) in it of any concentration
 
i also take 6 caps of vegetarian 369
each containing 300 flaxseed oil, 300 pumpkin seed oil and 150 borage
for an extra (per cap) 33 gla
on top of the 3 tablespoon flax seed oil
and 3 tablespoon roasted peanut oil
and all the olive oil i cook with
 
I picked up some emulsified, high EPA/DHA fish oil recently and that is the most disgusting thing I have ever consumed in the name of fitness, even when put into my shake.

I think the caps are the best way to go on this one
