at least you're in the clear...good job
Not really. Sometimes they wait a day or two to kick your door in. They want you to open/use part of the contents 1st. That way you can't say you didn't know what was up. Sorry to piss in your Cheerios-but you're 99% in the clear me thinks.

obviously, he needs to write "RETURN TO SENDER" and put it by the door. In general, they don't dick around on these matters. They would have picked him up right there.

in the uk they dont give a fuck about gear. If you got caught picking up 20 deca and 20 sust from the post office no one would say anything, at worst maybe a warning but that`d be unlucky.
Its wierd how in the US the law is fucked up.. surely crack, heroin, etc are to be targeted not people using steroids for self improvement.
Most guys i know who use gear are nice, respectful, hard working people.. more so than the rest of the population who are sometimes lazy, aggressive and judgmental.
However, the crack users, heroin addicts etc are another story.. the use of heroin, crack should be a class A offence but to put steroids even near that category seems mad to me.

They waited 2 days to nail my friend-he wrote return to sender on the package and left it by the door. It worked that time-charges were dropped. Next time around about 6 months later they knocked on his door, he refused to sign for the package, so the cop(dressed like a UPS guy) threw the parcel in his apartment-followed by 12 stormtrooper feds-nailed him for possession.

In my state, if you're smarter than the cops they'll just fabricate a crime and charge you with it in hopes that you'll roll if you can't afford an attorney.

Oh yeah, I knew a guy that was given 72 hrs to sell as much gear as he could to friends in exchange for getting off. The cops audio/video recorded every transaction and didn't bust anyone until 3 months later.

Hard to judge. If you have this type of deal happening where you live, then it's best not to even get AS in the mail. I know for a fact, these things are not very common - especially the 6month later CD, sound a bit overboard. AS charges do happen, but not with the semi-KGB tactics you're describing; granted, there are places this might happen, it's not common.

Arizona-home of the world's toughest asshole sheriff-Joe Arpaio. If you're curious, do a search on him and you'll see some of the guerilla tactics we're exposed to here.

But the weather kicks ass 8 months of year? lol This state is so crazy-any non felon can legally carry a firearm-yet fireworks are illegal. DUI laws here are insane-1st offenders are looking at a minimum $15K in fines/attorney fees, a month DL suspension, and minimum 2 weeks in jail-aka tent city. Tent city is Arpaio's answer to jail overcrowding-tents set up in the 120+ degree desert surrounded by fence w/ razorwire. Inmates wear pink underwear and b&w striped prison suits. Green bologna is your dietary staple. No weights, no porn, no coffee either. Last summer someone brought a thermometer in there and it read 134 degrees on a top bunk bed. The real joke is weed-get busted with paraphanelia with residue, or a roach, you're looking at 1 yr's drug testing and $1000 fine on 1st offense. The cops that bust you for anything drug related act like they've just arrested a child molester. Yet if you drive 4-5 miles northwest to California you get a mail in ticket/fine for possession of less than a lb. of weed. Growing up in IL, the cops wouldn't even arrest you for under an oz-they'd just dump it out and let you go with a warning usually. Another messed up thing about AZ is the insane amount of photo radar/red light cameras-in a couple weeks we'll be the 1st place in the country to have photo radar on our freeways. If you ride a motorcycle and do a wheelie-the charge is stiffer than hit and run. Don't ask me how I know this. :p

Now that is messed up. I dont hear to much about AAS in the motor city. Suburbs are the worst to get caught with anything because they know you have some money and they have time to process you and suck you dry. Ghetto they just dont give a shit about misd. and in the boons my buddy had 6 months probation for a DUI. Its a joke. Its all about how much money you have and what they have room/time for.
