Hey guys, I am doing this because this will be my very first cycle I have ran and wanted to get opinions and suggestions on dosage, days to use gear, pct and such.
About me:
6'0
208
16% bf
in the gym 3 days a week currently (be there 5-6 once on cycle)
athletic and active.
My diet will be very strict
200g protein everyday and looking to shoot for 3000 calories daily
My goal is to add strength, cut up, and cut the BF down to near 10-12%

Here are the gear I will be going with, so its your job to put it all together. I think it will be good to see all the different cycles you all can come up with and why you chose it.
Primo
Test E 200
HCG
aromasin
and for my pct, i would just like suggestions... clomid, novla, hcg, sustain alpha? What do you suggest
Choose my doage and daily routine and my pct. I am looking at a 14 wk cycle. Thx
