I'm at 8% - 9% right now and don't look like that. Although I don't look like that at 6% eather. I guess you have better genetics than me.
BTW, I am starting to do the 10 sets of 100 jump roping. I hate running period, and it's too cold to go riding my bike around.

the best results will come first thing in the morning, but only with some anabolic to spare muscle.

i feel strange answering that as there are hundreds of guys on this board with MUCH better physiques.

but the best advice is to do the reserach... on diets, effects of foods, training, steroids, etc etc etc.

get into it and enjoy it.

when it becomes a part of life, it no longer seems like much effort.
it becomes fun. intense, but fun.

so the results follow.
 
Hey Satch, your body type is similiar to mine.
You look a little leaner though. I am around 9% but you look much lower than 8

Like around 6 or so. Might have more IM fat and more around organs.

I am with you bro. But I cant get those last two sets of abs to show, even when I was down to 8%.

Looking good bro. Shit summer is just around the corner. I'm at 13% bf, 220lbs at 5'10. Looks like I really need to start getting my shit together.
 
My friend, you look very well. Your definition are good. I think that look is what girls want and enough for many, and think that your sucess if by your a.m. cardio. How can I have access to that?It is sell in As seen on TV stores?
 
never tried yohimburn but i hear good stuff about it. maybe i'll try it soon.

the thing is... i'm a HUGE fan of efedrine.

i think that including ephedrine is a must in any cutting cycle. more so than clen, t3 or dnp.

i would say that it gets you to your goal 20-25% faster. (for cutting). also gives an awesome boost in energy levels.

metabolism post cycle is a bitch.

i usually gain 4-6 pounds which brings me in the 8-12% range, but the extra weight is because i ease off on the cardio and eat a little more than usual. just so that i can maintain somewhat of a 'stable' mental state. after all, 8-10 week cutting cycles are a fuckin nightmare sometimes.

the most important meals, to me, are:

2-3 hour pre cardio 50g slow g.i carbs, 40g protein, 15g fat
20min pre cardio 40-50g glucose, 10g cfm whey
post cardio 50g glucose, 40g cfm whey
middle of night 40g prot... meal or shake (milk/egg protein)

i think we had a minor misunderstanding. the pre and post workout meals that i listed a few posts up are for 'weight training' workouts only. NOT cardio routines!

for cardio, i prefer an a.m jump rope routine on an empty stomach. more fat loss and 6-8 hours later, i can hit the weights.
 
thanks everybody.

i'm up 12 pounds since those pics. been bulking naturally. going back on another cutter in one month. this will probably be my last cycle as i'm getting close to where i'd like to be.

will keep you posted.
 
your looking very good man, nice job! you look like your in the 4-6% than 8-10 range! keep up the hard work...
