I predict within 2 yrs lestat will meet a girl who looooves that poster. They will fall in love and get married. (or move in together) Then, she will hold out sex until he takes it down and puts it in the attic.

Join the Tool fan club and you will understand his avatar. You won't however understand the Tool fan club by joining, I'm a member and still don't get the crazy shit there.

From my experience if he finds his future wife via a Tool poster she won't be hot, she will be a little crazy though.

I don't say it's gay but people will know your shit is broke obviously. If you don't give a crap then go for it! :) I would do it if my radio was broke. I would fall asleep without music. I have it blasted in the mornings or I would pass out.

Meh, I was getting shit in the mail from Tool around the time "Undertow" came out. They didn't really have a fan club at the time, it was more of a concert update and free stickers thing. I started losing interest in them after the third album was released, but I respect anyone who feels as passionately as lestat does about the music they listen to.

correct. the upside down alien dude on the right is painted on the poster. There were 5 posters sold with artwork embellished on them, but all of them were different/unique. There is no poster out there that matches this one.

Plus its got the 4 autographs.

I used to be on that mailer too!!

I got into Tool in 1993 when Undertow broke. The Sober video was all over MTV. I loved the entire album.

I find the music to be aggressive, I'd almost describe it as primal, it seems to be able to envigorate me no matter what my mood. I used it before track and cross country meets to get motivated and I'd get a favorite song running through my head that I'd keep time to with my pace.

Aenima was slow to grow on me, but when it did, WOW. Amazing album. I liked Lateralus and 10,000 days (two most recent) right from the first listen. Just like with Undertow, the first time I had heard a song from that album I asked my friend who it was and went and bought it immediately. Little does this guy know, that experience really changed my life. I've seen 30+ shows in dozens of different venues and a few different states.

Listen to their latest album, 10,000 days. The music is still aggressive, yet complex. The guys have only gotten better from a musicianship standpoint. There's just something about their music that does "it" for me.
