*PIC*Me last weekend after I ran a 5K

just ran the course. did it very slowly, dodging traffic and pedestrians, in around 56 minutes. kind of sucks in the middle of the day when the race isn't on. avoiding all the mexicans, etc. lucky i didn't fuck my ankle up again.

i have about a month before the actual race. i might actually run it.

good luck on your next road race brian, whenever that might be.

good job on your race, 6.2 miles is never easy.
 
Lestat, you and I have similar builds. I'm 6'2" around 195 now. I usually struggle putting on size but I've already put on 5 lbs in 3 weeks doing the following:

1.) Squat 3x/week
2.) Deadz 1x/week
3.) Military Press 1x/week
3.) Bench 2x/week
4.) BB Row 2x/week
5.) Eat 3,500 to 4,000 calories/day <------this is the hardest part for me

Start off light and and slowly build the weight up until you're hitting PR's. Isolation = worthless IMO for guys with our builds. Good luck.

Im not gonna get TOO crazy with bulking right now, summer is around the corner and I'll be spending a lot of time at the beach!

Yeah I hear ya. You're already lean just keep it clean and you should be good to go dude.
