Phytoserms 347 dosage

If I have 3 bottles of Phytoserm 347 and Forma, how do I dose them?

Question for you. In regards to dosage, am I able to take all 3 bottles concurrently? That will last me for 3 months pretty much. With that being said, would I have to take a PCT (Tamox) because of estro rebound after I'm done with these?

Looks like the original phytoserms article is dead... Any more resources I can check out for dosage?
It says 3 pills per serving on the bottom, curious If I should be taking the full dosage on my PCT.

I would recommend the full dosage in PCT to get the most benefit for recovery
