would running an anti-e with this and/or tcf-1 hinder gains? I would like to keep estro down/in check, does the reversitol in sustain a accomplish this or would formestane or another ai be a better option?

You could run an anti-e, it would show more benefit from the tcf-1. Sustain can lower/balance estrogen, so it should do the trick.
