Phosphagen Creatine and Nitrix = Good?

I'm going to give Phosphagen EAS (creatine) and BSN's Nitrix a try.
I was taking powdered creatine in the past, but was recommended to switch over to Phosphagen. Is this good advice? I've never tried any type of N02 supplement yet, but have seen in this forum that people have been getting good results with Nitrix..... Should I try something else? Any tips, suggestions and information would be appreciated.

Welcome to EF :)

If you are going to use a creatine based supplement, stick to a pure source instead of a mixed product so that you can be assured that you will be getting the correct dosage, do the mixing (dextrose) yourself, and save some money in the process. Ultimate Nutrition Creapure is a good example.

CEE (creatine ethyle ester) is something you could also consider. Follow the directions on the container as they differ from product to product.

Keep yourself properly hydrated at all times when using either forms.

BSN Nitrix is one of the more popular supplements and many users do experience longer lasting and overall body pumps. It acts as a hemodilator and allows for a greater supply of blood and oxygen to muscle tissues. The only thing you need to be concerned about while using NO2 products is the level of arginine you are consuming from all sources on a daily basis. Most NO2 supplements contain 3000mg of arginine. Very high levels may leave you light-headed or experience headaches.

Thanks for the info and the welcome Kian.
I'll look into CEE as a creatine supplement.
Lightheaded from NO? Is this pretty common for everyone? Any way to avoid it?

It is not common for everyone just as the overall pumps are not experienced by everyone, nor to the same degree. Reduce your dosage and watch your other sources (ie: protein/weight gain powders, amino acids) of arginine. The alternative is to not use NO2 products as they are not necessary for your development ... just one of many supplements available.

Nitrix does work but as stated above you may get light headed and i myself have gotten headaches from it. That aside i still use it when i feel as little under the weather!
