I really hate people that fuckin flip real estate.........i want to smack everyone that does this in the PHX area. Home prices have fuckin shot though the roof in the last 2yrs. in 2001 a home is South scottsdale would have sold for about 130,000 to 170,000 a nice starter home. 4yr later they bring 400K
Sorry that's the way it goes. I've flipped some real estate and made a good amount of money. Something is only worth what someone will pay for it, it's not the businessman's fault.

Tucson gets more anual rainfall then San Diego, LA doesnt get a whole lot either - unless you're from nor cal it doesnt really make sense to have a winter home in the desert.
OK........you tell that to the millions of winter visitors that show up here every winter.....
People like the winters here because it's nice outside.....even on the coldest day of winter it doesn't snow here. I make due with longsleeve shirts and I like rain, so that's not a factor either.
