At my best I was 190lbs 8%bf standing at 6ft tall. That was 2 years ago. Since then I stopped the working out lifestyle and I paid dearly for it. I went up to 216lbs and I am sure my bf% was nasty.
In september of 2008 I decided to get back to the old me. I started working out and eating clean again. I am now down to 203lbs but I think I hit a stopping point with my lower ab/love handle area. I went to a weight loss clinic and they prescribed me phentermine. The only problem is I am rarely hungry and when I do eat I cant finish my meals. Is this bad for someone who also wants to maintain his muscle? I am thinking yes! I mentioned this to them and they offered to give me small doses of test cyp or hgh to counter the muscle loss..what are you guys/girls opinions on phentermine?
