I hate to disagree with a great Bro. But as a powerlifter if I had to compete all out 7 times in 3 or 4 days days I don't think I'd be at my best on the 7th meet.

I just had to send it to my training partner. He once had a involuntary fart while squatting that cleared out the Gym. I was a trooper and stayed to spot him until the bar hit the rack. Then I fled with tears in my eyes.
